Note:If someone insists on coming with you but you do not want them in the consultation room with you, please let a staff member or client advocate know on your appointment form or upon arrival.

Do I need an appointment?We recommend requesting an appointment online to be sure you are seen at your convenience. Walk-ins are welcome. If an appointment is available, we will do our best to see you that day.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?All of our services are free of charge. However, you will need to bring a photo ID with you. A student ID is acceptable if you do not have a driver’s license.

If I'm a minor, can I come alone?"Yes. We can still provide medical and support services to minors, regardless of your circumstances.
